AGREEMENT

By enrolling with Owlpact Fitness, hereinafter referred to as "Owlpact Fitness," you acknowledge the following terms and conditions.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

You acknowledge the inherent risks in personal training, assume responsibility for any injuries or damages, and release Owlpact Fitness and associates from all claims.

SUPERVISION AND RESPONSIBILITY

Owlpact Fitness prioritizes safety with dedicated supervision, guidance, and adherence to proper form and technique during training.

RULES OF CONDUCT

As a valued client, you must follow guidelines including cleaning gym equipment after use, returning weights and equipment to their designated areas, and adhering to a 1 hour time limit for a safe and comfortable training environment.

LOSS OF PROPERTY

Owlpact Fitness is not liable for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged on its premises.

USE OF FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT

Clients must use facilities and equipment responsibly in accordance with their intended purpose to prevent misuse, injuries, or damages.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Access to personalized training services requires registration.

Payments are accepted through the Owlpact Fitness App, with detailed instructions provided upon registration.

Purchasing a package implies commitment to the services for the specified period.

Owlpact Fitness reserves the right to modify package prices and terms with prior notice.

Refunds are not available for unused sessions, expired packages, or for members who choose to discontinue their training at Owlpact Fitness.

NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS

No-shows and cancellations will incur charges for all packages. If a slot is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, it will be counted as one session deducted from your account.

The 1x personal training session included with each membership cycle is non-transferable and must be used within the same month. Unused sessions do not carry over to the following month.

OWNERSHIP

Owlpact Fitness and its licensors retain ownership of all services, equipment, facilities, and related rights.

CONSIDERATION

Your acceptance of these terms and conditions grants you access to Owlpact Fitness's high-quality services.

GOVERNING LAW

Inappropriate behavior, such as harassment, vandalism, theft, or tampering with property, is strictly prohibited.
